- This is the first time i've ever posted to a newsgroup so I hope to have
- success.
-
- I have an internal USR modem (33.6 Kbps)
- Sometimes when I'm on the internet I get my connection cut off.
- Half the time I can just redial and get back on without exiting
- netscape or trumpet. The other half the time my modem totally locks up on
- me, and my only choice is to turn my computer on, and then turn my
- computer off.
-
- Does anyone have an alternative and more simple solution to this
- "Lock-up" problem (besides using an external modem). Thanks
